What it is

• Job-Shadowing – educators follow and observe colleagues abroad to understand their daily work, methods, and approaches.

• Teaching/Training Assignments – staff deliver lessons, workshops, or training in another institution.

• Professional Development Visits – participation in courses, seminars, or structured learning abroad.​
