EDUCATIONAL MOBILITY FOR ADULTS
The learning mobility for adult educators with a focus on teaching enables trainers or staff to teach in partner organisations abroad.
The learning mobility of trainers in the field of adult education supports the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff in the form of:

Participation in structured courses or training abroad;

Periods of observation at a partner organisation working in the field of adult education.
The Erasmus+ programme supports the learning mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff, which:

Is part of the European Development Plan of the organisation;

Meets the needs for professional development of the organisation’s staff;

Is implemented through a selection of participants, preparation and tracking of mobility;
-
Ensures recognition of the learning outcomes of the staff involved;
-
Ensures the dissemination of results among the educational community.

Program:
Training on effective administrative tools for management - cloud system
- visit National High School in Finance and Business" for exchange practices
- visit different classes and overview of the teaching process. Visiting Training companies developed by students and meeting with the director of the school to discuss practices of teaching in Bulgaria and Macedonia, problems and salutions.
- Training on effective school management and team management

- visit an elementary school in Sofia - 4- th OU "John Atanasov" for exchange practices - visit different classes and overview of the process of teaching in disciplines like Math, Sport, Geography, Bulgarian Language etc. and meet with the director of the school for discuss practices of teaching in Bulgaria and Macedonia, problems and salutions.
