The aim of the project is to increase the capacities for public speaking, critical thinking, conversation under stress and collaborative action planning for youth workers and young people active in the 6 partner organizations in order to increase employability of youths from the six diffrent societies. The TC capacitated the youth workers to use communication non -formal learning methods in their daily work to boost young peoples’ employability in their communities. Additionally, the project produced a promotional video to raise the importance of communication skills in accessing the labor market and a comprehensive dissemination package that will contain all the results of both mobilities.
