It’s designed to help you find opportunities that match your age, interests, and ambitions, whether you’re taking your very first steps into self-discovery or you’re ready to captain your own career.

 

At the Flight Plan Desk, you don’t just choose an activity — you choose a path. From playful workshops for children to global volunteering missions for young adults, from Erasmus+ exchanges to professional traineeships, this desk shows you how ICDET can support your growth at every stage of life.

Think of it as your boarding pass to personal development: you decide your destination, and our international crew will guide you through the journey. Here you can explore six different flight paths — for kids, teens, young adults, professionals, mentors, and seniors — each tailored to provide the right balance of learning, discovery, and adventure.

 

Wherever you are in life, the Flight Plan Desk is your compass, your itinerary, and your ticket to explore, grow, and connect with Europe and the world.

Explorers (11–13 years old)​

​

The first steps into self-discovery! At this stage, kids explore creativity, teamwork, and values through playful and interactive activities:

  • Workshops on discovering digital media and self-expression.

  • Workshops with fun environmental actions that build awareness.

  • Workshops for learning about empathy, respect, and social skills.

A safe start where children learn, share, and build confidence for the road ahead.

Dreamers (13–18 years old)

​​

Teenagers dive into bigger adventures, meeting peers from different cultures and shaping their personal identity. Activities include:

  • Workshops – skills for creativity, sustainability, future careers, and resilience.

  • ICDET Crew – take part in youth-led activity development.

  • Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges – experience other cultures, improve languages, and discover Europe.

A stage for building confidence, friendships, and global awareness.

Pathfinders (Gap Year / 19–22 years old)​

This is the leap into independence – the perfect moment to explore the world, gain real experience, and prepare for future studies or work. Opportunities include:

  • ICDET Workshops & Trainings – personal and professional skills.

  • Project Development – take part in real international projects.

  • Erasmus+ – Youth Exchanges & Training Courses.

  • ESC Volunteering – live abroad, volunteer, and grow as a global citizen.

  • Traineeships – first steps into professional development.

A transformative stage for shaping future direction.

Builders (22–30 years old)

​​

Young professionals and students are ready to shape their careers and become leaders. Activities focus on deeper engagement:

  • Workshops (Gaze+Bo, beGreE+n, 4Uouture, RE+act, PARE+NT).

  • ICDET Crew – leadership and activity development.

  • Erasmus+ – Training Courses, Traineeships, and Group Leader roles.

  • ESC Volunteering – longer, specialised projects for career building.

The moment to step up as a leader, mentor, and future professional.

Guides (30–65 years old)​

Adults continue learning while mentoring the next generation. At this stage, focus is on lifelong learning and leadership:

  • Workshops & Trainings – for professional growth and active citizenship.

  • Project Development & Erasmus+ – become Group Leaders and mentors in international projects.

A chance to give back, inspire, and keep growing.

NextGen Parents

The Parent Academy is a dedicated space for parents and families who want to better support their children through different stages of growth. It offers:

  • Guidance on raising children in the digital age.

  • Tips for supporting teenagers’ independence and exchanges abroad.

  • Advice on navigating the Gap Year and young adulthood transitions.

  • Workshops that encourage lifelong learning for parents too.

The Parent Academy helps families grow together, while staying connected to the values of education, solidarity, and active European citizenship.

Wisdom Keepers (65+ years old)

Learning never ends – and experience becomes a gift to others. Seniors join in as learners and mentors:

  • Workshops & Training – staying active, creative, and connected.

  • Erasmus+ Training Courses – intergenerational learning.
