USE+FUL | Researching and development of MENTAL HEALTH

Adolescence is a very important period in which the individual prepares for the adult role and begins to form his identity, but it is also a period that includes the risk of the emergence of important mental illnesses. Today's youth live in a period of different and faster changes than in previous periods and are exposed to technological developments intensively. These rapid changes and developments can cause a number of negative effects in their lives as well as positive when not supported correctly. While many young people try to connect with the virtual relationships offered by technology, the lack of social interaction makes them feel lonely. They also do not know the right resources to strengthen their mental health or receive psychosocial support. For this reason, they need to be properly guided and informed about where to find the psychosocial support they seek.

October 10 is recognized as "World Mental Health Day" by the World Federation of Mental Health. This year's meeting of World Mental Health Day is “World Youth and Mental Health”.
