Through non-formal education, structured activities, and physical challenges, we help young people of all backgrounds build resilience, cooperation, fairness, and emotional strength — all while having fun.

 

We believe in sport not just as performance, but as a space for learning, inclusion, and empowerment. Whether it’s through a football match, a mountain hike, or a yoga flow, each PRACTICE+ experience is an opportunity to grow — in body, mind, and character.

 

From youth clubs to Erasmus+ exchanges, from online fitness games to outdoor learning — we make movement meaningful.

PRACTICE+ Zones

All Forms of Movement Matter

 

In PRACTICE+, every kind of physical activity has value. From competitive sports to quiet breathing exercises, from solo mountain hikes to high-energy group games — movement is always meaningful. Our zones are designed to adapt to different skill levels, abilities, and group dynamics, ensuring that everyone can take part and benefit. Each zone has its own focus, but together they form a complete learning experience where young people grow stronger — physically, mentally, and socially.

Team+Trust

“One goal. Many minds.”

Team+Trust highlights the power of working together toward a shared purpose. In traditional team sports such as football, volleyball, basketball, and handball, participants practice cooperation, communication, and leadership. But beyond the scoreboard, we use innovative cooperative games that shake up traditional roles — silent teamwork challenges, role-rotation matches, or strategy relays where success depends on trust and empathy, not just skill.

What participants gain:

  • Leadership and responsibility through rotating captain roles

  • Respect for diversity of skills and abilities

  • Understanding of fair play, both in victory and defeat

  • Confidence in expressing themselves as part of a group

Team+Trust reminds young people that success is never an individual achievement, but something built by many minds and many efforts working together.

Explore+Endure

“Go outside to grow inside.”

 

Explore+Endure takes participants beyond four walls and into nature, where every step is both a challenge and a discovery. Hiking, climbing, orienteering, and trail games are at the heart of this zone, but the focus is not only on endurance — it’s on developing resilience and environmental awareness. Participants learn to rely on themselves, support others, and face unpredictable conditions with creativity and courage.

We also integrate eco-awareness activities such as “Leave No Trace” workshops, survival skills, and nature-based reflection circles, turning the outdoors into a living classroom.

What participants gain:

  • Personal resilience through physical and mental challenges

  • Connection with nature and a sense of ecological responsibility

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills

  • A deeper understanding of how outdoor movement can mirror life’s obstacles and rewards

Explore+Endure shows that the journey itself is the teacher, and every climb or hike becomes a metaphor for growth.

Mind+Motion

“Smart moves start in the mind.”

Mind+Motion focuses on the deep connection between mental clarity and physical movement. Through yoga, martial arts, breathing techniques, and reaction games, participants explore how the body and mind influence each other. This zone is about slowing down, paying attention, and learning self-regulation.

We use practices like guided breathing for stress release, martial arts drills for discipline and focus, and yoga flows for balance and mindfulness. Even playful activities such as reaction games are included to build quick thinking and emotional control under pressure.

What participants gain:

  • Stress management strategies and staying calm under pressure

  • Improved concentration, patience, and emotional balance

  • Respect for their own body and inner rhythm

  • Tools to handle anxiety, conflict, or frustration positively

Mind+Motion reminds young people that true strength starts within, and movement can be the key to unlocking mental well-being.

Train+Perform

“Push your limits. Perform with purpose.”

Train+Perform is about challenging yourself, not to compete with others, but to measure personal growth. Strength circuits, endurance runs, mini-Olympics, and personal fitness logs help participants track their progress and celebrate their achievements.

Unlike traditional fitness programs, PRACTICE+ emphasizes purpose-driven training. For example, participants might prepare for a community mini-Olympics where performance is celebrated as much for effort as for results, or they might set personal fitness challenges where the focus is consistency, not perfection.

What participants gain:

  • Goal-setting and progress tracking skills

  • Motivation and resilience through small victories

  • Healthy attitudes toward competition and self-improvement

  • Confidence in their own physical abilities

Train+Perform shows that the best competition is with yourself, and every milestone is worth celebrating.

Involve+Include

“Everyone plays. Everyone matters.”

Involve+Include ensures that no one is left out of the game. This zone redesigns classic sports and creates new inclusive games that allow everyone — regardless of physical ability, fitness level, or background — to participate equally.

Activities include trust-building exercises, blindfold challenges, mixed-ability relays, and wheelchair sports. By creating empathy-driven situations, participants experience what it feels like to step into someone else’s shoes, fostering solidarity and compassion.

What participants gain:

  • Awareness of accessibility and empathy for others

  • Understanding of diversity as a strength

  • Skills in adapting games and activities to include everyone

  • A sense of belonging and equality in physical spaces
