CONTROL TOWER REGISTRY
Our digital clerk: official documents, registers, certificates, and reports for full transparency.
At ICDET, we believe that transparency is not just a principle — it is a daily practice. The Administration & Registry Desk serves as our digital clerk’s office, where all official documents, registers, and reports are made available to the public. This desk ensures that every document issued or received by ICDET can be traced, verified, and confirmed as authentic.
Through this system, we open our administrative processes to participants, partners, donors, and the wider public. Whether you are a volunteer checking the validity of your certificate, a partner organisation confirming an agreement, or a stakeholder reviewing our financial accountability, the Registry provides easy and reliable access.
The desk includes a register of certificates issued, ensuring that recognition tools like Youthpass, PASS, and participation certificates can always be verified. It also provides public access to annual financial reports and operational activity reports, demonstrating how we manage resources, deliver on commitments, and create impact through our projects.
By maintaining this Registry, ICDET strengthens trust and accountability. Every report, policy, and certificate published here is proof of our commitment to openness, professionalism, and good governance. For us, transparency is not only about compliance with European standards — it is about building a culture of trust with the people and communities we serve.
