Training Courses & Study Visits

 

Training Courses and Study Visits are designed for those who guide and inspire young people — youth workers, teachers, educators, and trainers. They provide international spaces where professionals can learn new tools, share experiences, and explore innovative practices in non-formal and formal education.

What it is

  • Training Courses – structured non-formal learning programs focusing on specific themes (e.g. creativity in education, digital tools, wellbeing, inclusion).

  • Study Visits – opportunities to observe how organisations and institutions in other countries work, exchange experiences, and collect good practices.​

ICDET Focus

ICDET hosts and sends professionals to Erasmus+ Training Courses and Study Visits, focusing on cutting-edge themes such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence & creativity in classrooms.

  • Media literacy and combating misinformation.

  • Wellbeing, resilience, and inclusion in youth work.

  • Entrepreneurship and startup learning.

We make sure every participant leaves with practical skills they can immediately apply in their daily work with young people.
