Training before participation

Pre-participation training in a project is of paramount importance to the ICDET. Every year, we strive to organize training for all young people leaving for the exchange, discussing topics such as rights and obligations during the project; intercultural communication; prejudices and stereotypes; tolerance; teamwork.

Training for Youth Leaders

Working as the leader of youth exchanges is a challenge, responsibility and fun that can teach you many things. The leader accompanies a group of a number of youngsters (between 4 and 10) aged 16 to 25 during their journey from Bulgaria to the place where the exchange takes place.

Training on presentation and public speech

The ability to speak to an audience is the instrument we carry with us, wherever we are and to whom we have to defend our position, idea, sell a product or inspire the team we are leading.

Multicultural Training

The training aims to prepare young people for clashing with new cultures when they participate in projects, trainings, internships or work when they can often feel confused and disoriented.

How to create a succsesful Erasmus+ project

The training is practical and the participants will work on sample projects. All current opportunities will be presented. The training is interactive and includes presentations, discussions, tests and group work. The methodology presented in the course corresponds to the official European Union method "Project Cycle Management".

Citizen law

Citizenship of the European Union is granted to every citizen of an EU Member State in accordance with the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU. This means that every citizen of an EU Member State is automatically a citizen of the EU as well. However, European citizenship does not replace national citizenship, but complements it.
