Whether you are preparing for your first international mobility, boosting your digital and entrepreneurial skills, or stepping up as a mentor or leader, the Academy offers a personalised boarding path to help you grow. Here, learning becomes an adventure, and every participant leaves not only with certificates but also with memories, confidence, and lifelong connections.

Mobility Runway

Preparing travellers for international opportunities.

Mobility is at the heart of ICDET’s work. We ensure every participant is ready to take off into their international experience with confidence, knowledge, and support.

Pre-Arrival Training – introduction to Erasmus+ and ESC opportunities, cultural awareness, rights and obligations, teamwork, and practical preparation.
Onboarding Training – mandatory foundation training on the EU Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, delivered through “learning by doing.”
On-Flight Training – advanced sessions on public speaking, project development, dissemination, and personal development to maximize results during mobility.
Youth Leader Training – equipping leaders with group management, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
Training for Future Facilitators – preparing facilitators to design and lead activities in Erasmus+ & ESC projects.

Extra Value: Every participant leaves with mobility competences verified in their ICDETpass.

Digital & Media Runway

Creative skills for the digital-first world.

Digital communication is a universal language. This runway equips participants with the skills to create, edit, and share impactful content for personal, educational, and professional use.

Photo & Video Shooting & Editing – hands-on production with ICDET’s media platforms (i, CAST, E+XPO, Media4YOUth).
Graphic & Web Design – practical design skills with real ICDET websites and project campaigns.
ICT & Soft Skills for Adults – hybrid training for adult learners, combining digital tools with human-centred learning.
AR & VR Training – practical use of immersive technologies in education, with ICDET’s VR Zone as a lab.
Game-Based Learning Lab – introducing gamification tools and methods to make education interactive and fun.

Starte+r – basics of entrepreneurship, from mindset to first steps of launching a business.
Green Entrepreneurship – sustainable models and eco-friendly startup practices.
Project Development – from idea to EU-funded project, with real-life ICDET cases.
Project-Based Learning Hub – designing and leading learning-by-doing activities for schools and NGOs.
Innovation Sprints – short, intensive labs where teams prototype and pitch solutions.

Languages & Intercultural Runway

Certification System – ICDETpass

Learning with ICDET Academy is more than just attending sessions – it’s about collecting experiences, achievements, and proof of your personal growth. That’s why every participant receives their own ICDETpass, a digital learning passport that tracks their journey through the Academy.

Boarding Stamps – For every training, workshop, or course completed, participants earn a digital stamp in their ICDETpass. Each stamp represents a new skill or competence gained.
Runway Certificates – Completing all trainings in a specific Runway (Mobility, Digital & Media, Entrepreneurship, etc.) unlocks a larger certificate, proving mastery in that field.
EU Recognition – Many trainings are connected to Erasmus+ and ESC projects, meaning ICDETpass achievements can be linked with Youthpass or other European recognition tools.
Progress Tracker – The ICDETpass acts as a personal logbook, showing what you’ve learned, what you’re currently “boarding,” and what’s “on the horizon.”
Personal Showcase – Participants can share their ICDETpass achievements with schools, universities, and employers as verified evidence of their skills and experiences.

Levels & Gamification

Learning at ICDET is a journey where every training moves you to the next “rank.”

Explorer – finish 1 training.
Pathfinder – complete 1 Runway.
Captain – complete 3 Runways.
ICDET Pilot – graduate from the Academy.

Along the way, you unlock digital badges, extra recognition, and special opportunities. The gamified system makes your learning path engaging, motivating, and rewarding.

E-Learning Flights

Not all flights happen in a classroom – some you can board anytime, anywhere.

The Academy offers short, interactive self-paced modules that give the same ICDETpass stamps as live trainings. Topics range from public speaking and media literacy to language crash courses and AR/VR basics.

Flexible, accessible, and practical, these online trainings allow everyone to keep learning at their own rhythm.

Frequent Flyers Club (Alumni)

Every passenger remains part of the ICDET community after their flight.

The Frequent Flyers Club connects alumni, mentors, and new learners across countries and generations. Members share success stories, mentor newcomers, and expand their professional networks.

The club celebrates the long-term impact of the Academy and keeps the ICDET spirit alive beyond the training.

The Academy tracks and celebrates its achievements through an interactive impact dashboard. It shows the number of passengers trained, Runways completed, ICDETpass stamps issued, and countries reached.
