ICDET MOBILITY ON-ARRIVAL TRAINING
On-arrival training is the most important part of in beginning of any mobility, as it prepares the participant with all the necessary information, updates and mindset for everything what they will face during it. ICDET focus on the training as mandatory part for the future of the participant’s mobility development and realization of real benefits. All session are based on LEARNING BY DOING methodology and Council Recommendation on Key Competences for Lifelong Learning
Training before participation
Pre-participation training in a project is of paramount importance to the ICDET. Every year, we strive to organize training for all young people leaving for the exchange, discussing topics such as rights and obligations during the project; intercultural communication; prejudices and stereotypes; tolerance; teamwork.
Training for Youth Leaders
Working as the leader of youth exchanges is a challenge, responsibility and fun that can teach you many things. The leader accompanies a group of a number of youngsters (between 4 and 10) aged 16 to 30 during their journey from Bulgaria to the place where the exchange takes place.
Citizenship of the European Union is granted to every citizen of an EU Member State in accordance with the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU. This means that every citizen of an EU Member State is automatically a citizen of the EU as well. However, European citizenship does not replace national citizenship, but complements it.
