INE+ is ICDET’s inclusive action space — a dedicated platform to empower young people from all backgrounds, especially those facing social, economic, geographic, or cultural barriers.​

From powerful social media campaigns to meaningful on-the-ground actions, INE+ combines digital advocacy, community-building, and international exchange to ensure no one is left behind in youth work, education, or mobility.​

Whether online or in-person, local or international, INE+ is built to create real opportunities for belonging, visibility, and voice.

Our Purpose​

 

ICDET believes that true inclusion is more than participation — it’s about feeling seen, safe, and supported.

 

INE+ uses youth-led dialogue, creative storytelling, accessible communication, and meaningful mobility to help young people take their place in society with confidence and pride.

​

It promotes inclusive values and practices across education, Erasmus+, ESC, volunteering, digital life, and civic engagement.

Goals

 

  • Promote the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities (economic, rural, migrant, ethnic, disability, etc.)

  • Use social media as a tool for empowerment, not division (especially for visibility, activism, and belonging)

  •  Facilitate intercultural dialogue & mutual understanding (building empathy and solidarity through real connection)

  • Support digital storytelling as a youth voice platform (allowing young people to express, share, and influence)

  • Make ICDET’s activities inclusive, visible, and accessible (designing for all, with flexible tools and intersectional methods)

  • Post+Include“Inclusion goes viral." Train young people to run social campaigns, create safe online spaces, and amplify diverse voices using Instagram, TikTok, blogs, and short-form video.

  • Meet+Understand“Real contact. Real empathy.” Local and cross-cultural youth-led dialogue activities, using non-formal methods like Story Circles, Culture Boxes, or Human Library sessions.

  • Move+Connect“Borders don’t block belonging.” Participation in inclusive Erasmus+ and ESC mobility experiences — with attention to access, emotional safety, cultural diversity, and follow-up.

  • Share+Care“Your story is your strength.” Workshops that use digital storytelling, podcasting, comics, and spoken word to turn lived experience into social impact — safely and creatively.

  • Build+Support“Create spaces where all can grow.” Training youth workers, educators, and peer leaders to make every activity, project, and platform inclusive and representative of all youth — not just the loudest.

  • The Inclusion Wall

A live or digital space where participants can anonymously share their feelings, experiences, and dreams about belonging — then see them turned into collaborative art.

  • Hidden Stories Lab

A creative theatre-based workshop where youth explore hidden identities and unheard narratives through masks, voice, and role-play.

​

  • Belonging Backpack

Participants fill a physical or digital “backpack” with items, media, and quotes that represent where they feel safe and seen — then share it with others.
