As EVS volunteer during the E+Media4YOUth project period, Mauro develope his personal project called Beamer - Beam your enterprise in Europe. As you would remember in one of the first maded video by this EVS team, Mauro said "new entrepreneurship", about "What after EVS?"

He started with this idea few times ago. thanks to the help of locals, and precious contribution of Ivan Ivanov, you can see here some progresses of his project.

As you can see in the video this project need continuous impelmentations, if you feel interested in European Project, you are not scared about bureocracy and you have a good command of Bulgarian language, Mauro is waiting for you.

E+vent | YE “Initiate your career”

“Initiate your career” was a youth exchange organized under the Erasmus+ and it's aim is to increase the employment opportunities for 36 young people from the 6 partner countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania by actively involving the participants in improving their personal and professional competences in order to match with the labor market requirements. The objectives are to increase the level of public speaking competences among participants by the end of the project, to develop the key knowledge, abilities and attitudes with regards to the accession of the labor market and to create a framework for increasing the competences in regards personal branding among the participants.

Participants have visited Constanta where they had the task of visiting some HR agencies and discovering the employers' requirements for hiring employees and what kind of work is most often sought in the town. What they have found is that the most sought-after job there is the seasonal one because of the fact that the city is a resort
