President of ART CENTER KARNOLSKY/ Dimitar Karnolsky Jr. give us more info about International Festival of Arts for Children and Youth "We XXI Century" which became a example how one festival can be supported by Erasmus+ program. This year together with International center for development of education and training who was the coordinator, the festival hosted 15 #EVSvolunteers from Macedonia and Serbia under project WEvs XXI centuryf inanced by Erasmus+ from Bulgarian National Agency
