Project description: The training was part of the KA2 project "Sustainable Measures for Advanced Research and Training". The aims and the objectives of the training course are:
- development and putting into practice previously elaborated theory;
- training and on-field practices;
- principal methods of organic farming: crop rotation, green manures, compost, biological pest control, cultivation;
- soil fertility and health;
- cultural, biological and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources;
- promotion of ecological balance, conserving biodiversity;
- enhancing agricultural productivity;
- protection methods and usage of natural materials for disease control;
- managerial skills and competences;
- development of previously set business idea/phases of implementation and management; - additionally, in this training course we will approach development of ideas and managerial skills;
- developing of idea and introducing innovations;
- management phases and concepts: initiation, definition, planning, execution, performance and control;
- searching for funding sources;
- steps for future grow strategy;
