Activity dates: 13 - 22.04.2019 / Country & venue: Pocuvadlo, Slovakia / Project description: The goal of our project is to increase the level of hard skills of 40 young people coming from communities of Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria, by organizing 8 days youth exchange in Pocuvadlianske Jazero, Slovakia on improving digital competences among 40 participants aged 16‐19. After the project all the participants will have an increased level of their hard skills, being able to correlate available information in solving a digital problem, efficiently communicate using available software on the market, process information from online sources in order to make a presentation, create basic digital content such as videos, ppt presentations.

LIFE+ | TC - KA2 S.M.A.R.T. in Sofia, Bulgaria

Project description: The training was part of the KA2 project "Sustainable Measures for Advanced Research and Training". The aims and the objectives of the training course are:

- development and putting into practice previously elaborated theory;

- training and on-field practices;

- principal methods of organic farming: crop rotation, green manures, compost, biological pest control, cultivation;

- soil fertility and health;

- cultural, biological and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources;

- promotion of ecological balance, conserving biodiversity;

- enhancing agricultural productivity;

- protection methods and usage of natural materials for disease control;

- managerial skills and competences;

- development of previously set business idea/phases of implementation and management; - additionally, in this training course we will approach development of ideas and managerial skills;

- developing of idea and introducing innovations;

- management phases and concepts: initiation, definition, planning, execution, performance and control;

- searching for funding sources;

- steps for future grow strategy;

LIFE+ | KA2 Computer literacy for the new age - TC in Sofia

Activity dates: 05 - 12.04.2019 / Country & venue: Sofia, Bulgaria / Project description: The training course covers the following aspects of skills which has to be obtained. Elaboration and development of previously conducted researches: - importance of computer literacy skills in life; - using computer equipment and basic software programs / development of skills; - abstract thinking; - internet use and concept of online safety; - possibilities and opportunities/EU employment; - sharing knowledge and dissemination of outcomes; - sustainability of results and outcomes; - active observation and transmitting of knowledge; - introducing innovation and new methodologies; - promotion of the project implementation and outcomes.
