As part of the onboard training first, I determined the subject of my personal project to be the issue with racism, because there are problems all over the world. No one deserves to die or be excluded because of their race. I also know what it feels like to be excluded because I experienced it many times. Thus, I want to focus on this subject.
As my ESC project is about social impact, i started to outline and to combain my activity ideas with action plan for inclusion and integration of the European Union.
